ho bisogno aiuto per shift stitch
ciao a tutte, non mi sono persa, vi leggo ma scrivo poco per mancanza di tempo che per quel po che mi rimane impiego per portare avanti i lavori del torneo... ora ho un problema con uno schema impegnativo dove vanno poi strutturate i vari parti, mannaccia a me quando ho deciso di fare sto tipo che poi vedrete ... aiutatemi vi prego:ti-prego:
lo schema di 36 pagine e' rigorosamente scritto in inglese il che non sarebbe un problema se non per il "shift stitch" che non ho mai praticato e che non riesco a capire di come e' spiegato...
ho capito che deve spostare il marker della prima maglia a destra o sinistra ma quando, come e il resto mi e' ignaro...
Tip (shift stitch)
While working, you will need to keep the work symmetrical. As work tends to twist to the right you need to adjust position of the marker periodically (beginning of round). If you notice that marker moves right, you need to work one extra stitch in the end of round and move marker for one stitch (now 2nd st of the round becomes 1st). If you notice that the marker moves left, you need to unravel one stitch (or more if needed). This is shift stitch – it is not included in description of rounds. Usually you have to do shift stitches every 3-5 rounds (depending on the yarn, hook and your gauge). To check if it is time to work shift stitch fold your work in half and check if marker still goes straight. You should keep the marker in a straight line on most parts of the toy. Instructions for the marker are given in the description of each part of the toy if needed.
